Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?

Unlike traditional striking combat sports, BJJ focuses on ground-fighting techniques, leverage, and body mechanics to control and submit (chokes, armbars, etc) opponents. Beyond its competitive nature, BJJ promotes a holistic approach to fitness, simultaneously strengthening, conditioning, and stretching the body. What sets BJJ apart is its adaptability to your body catering to all individuals.
