About the event
Provide an introduction to the applications of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in defense scenarios. Students will understand their defensive and offensive potential cultivated through ground-based grappling techniques.
Wear fitted gym attire (pocketless and zipperless preferred)
Water and light snacks will be provided
Please arrive 15 min early to stretch and check in.
