About the event
In lieu of our regularly scheduled class, fathers of Cornerstone Jiu Jitsu students are welcome to train in an open house format.
We'll go over fall safety, basic survival frames, and grappling games to play with your children at home.
This class is free to family members of Cornerstone Jiu Jitsu students.
No gi attire (shirt and shorts).
